Hello everyone! I have been reading the posts here for some time already and I really like the helpfulness of this wonderful community. In return, I'd like to contribute by sharing my experience that I'm sure many have at some point in their life been struggling with - losing weight.
I have created a blog - sort of like a weight loss journal - about my experience with trying to lose weight. In it, you can read about the weight loss diet that I'm using successfully to lose weight and some weight loss tips that I blog about that could be useful to you.
I hope this can motivate everyone who is on the wrong side of the weighing scale to take action and start living a healthy lifestyle.
